About me
I’m Rivky Polatsek. I’ve spent my career working inside founder-led fashion and art businesses where creativity and growth often outpaced structure.
Over time my role evolved from design into COO. For the past 7+ years I have been helping companies solve operational challenges, clarify ownership across teams, and design systems that allow businesses to scale without burning out the people leading them.
Today I work directly with founders to help them navigate the stage where success creates complexity - and where thoughtful structure becomes essential for growth.
