Story
I’m Rivky Polatsek, founder of The Founder Vision. I’ve spent years inside founder-led creative businesses - especially in fashion and lifestyle - serving in senior operational roles where I held the full system. I was the one seeing everything at once:
the growth pressure, the team dynamics, the quiet bottlenecks forming before anyone named them. And what I kept noticing was this - the business wasn’t struggling because of talent. It was struggling because everything still depended on the founder.
As Founders, we are extraordinarily capable of carrying it all. The vision. The decisions. The emotional weight. The constant approvals. But at a certain point, that strength becomes the bottleneck. The Founder Vision was born from that realization. Today, I serve as a non-executing advisor to founders who are ready to redesign how their company runs. I don’t manage teams or take on tasks. I work at the structural level - clarifying ownership, reducing decision fatigue, and building businesses that no longer rely on the founder to function. My work is about sustainability. Growth that doesn’t cost you your clarity, your leadership, or your life.

Managing overseas and local production, factory relationships, logistics, compliance, and costing - with a focus on improving margins and efficiency.
Operations & Systems
Implementing ERP and PLM systems, building warehouse operations, and creating workflows and SOPs that support clarity and scale.
Team & Structure
Managing teams of 5–50 people and defining roles, ownership, and decision-making across departments.
Marketing & Brand
Directing marketing strategy, creative direction, and brand positioning across campaigns, content, and merchandising.
Financial Awareness
Supporting cost clarity, margin improvement, and foundational financial structure.
